About Collective Conscience
Collective Conscience was founded by Emily “Molly” Mitchell, LICSW. Molly is an independently licensed clinical social worker based in Amesbury, MA, Originally from Florida, Molly attended the University of Florida and received a BA in Political Science before receiving her MSW from Boston College School of Social Work. Molly has 15 years of experience in community mental health, providing direct clinical care to individuals and families of diverse backgrounds across the lifespan. She also spent several years in program management and development. Since 2019, Molly has served as an adjunct instructor for Simmons University School of Social Work (online program). Part of Molly’s identity that is important to her is that she is a person with a physical disability. When she is not working, Molly likes to cook, read, watch college basketball and spend time with her husband and two children.
