All groups, except for the drop-in group, meet in 6-week rotations. Membership is capped at 6 per group. All group sessions take place via a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. Contact Molly for a pre-screen questionnaire and to discuss scheduling. If the group you want is not available, you may be added to the waitlist for the next open start date.
Managing Stress in Sociopolitical Chaos
(6 weeks, 60 min/group)
This group focuses on building self-regulation, community and resilience in an ever-changing political landscape. The group is designed to be flexible based on current events, but there will be a general focus for each week. We will explore the emotional experience/real impact of government action, coping, ideas of power/control, balancing action and inaction, etc.

Parenting in Times of Political Upheaval
(6 weeks, 60 min/group)
This group focuses on the added stress of political chaos on parenting. We will explore family culture around politics, adult/child stressors, talking to children and answering questions in age-appropriate ways, managing access to information for youth and developing critical thinking skills in children.

Managing Challenging Relationships Around Politics
(6 weeks, 60 min/group)
This group will explore the circles of relationship and how we handle stress and disagreements around politics. We will explore topics related to family, friend and community interactions (neighbors, etc). We will explore the impact of political disagreements and when/how to engage vs. set boundaries or walk away.

Bi-Weekly Current Events Group (Ongoing)
This is a drop-in group for discussing and processing specific recent current events. Topics will vary based on what is happening at the moment. The focus of this group will be on processing concerns, managing anxiety and building community.
Cost: $15/group
